As a Program Manager your job is to own the Stakeholder relationship, investment health, and business strategy on behalf of Global Payout Solutions. You have a deep passion for developing relationships & high-quality engagement, excellence in data, business process design and planning & execution. You love the challenge of solving big, bold problems. You see opportunities when others see failures. You are an effective communicator, able to customize your message to many layers in a large corporation and you are comfortable delivering difficult messages when they are required. You have helicopter thinking (big picture) but have an ability to go to ground level details. You are an influencer, knowing how to drive change in other organizations, instrument processes and ensure quality in design. You are an experienced program manager and take pride in delivering solid, clean, projects. You are tenacious in unearthing risks and mitigate them proactively, engaging whoever you need for support to do this. You have either had experience in an Operations environment or a Sales Incentives operational environment. You will own relationships with various Business, Operations and Engineering groups to understand existing processes and systems while driving improvements to the same. You will be accountable for ensuring successful investment launches and governance management, driving evolution & influencing change through data-driven conversations to assist the Capability teams in optimization and automation.

Build, develop and maintain highly collaborative and effective working relationships with key stakeholders facilitate proactive planning, agreement on cross group delivery plan of record, smooth communication and risk/issue tracking and resolution Identify requirements for program change from policy stakeholders, assess feasibility to deliver, capture and document technical requirements for calculations and payments and create a working Plan of Record/roadmap items for enhancements/change, drive change control, proactively identify and manage risks and issues, strong focus on escalation management/future mitigation, triage, cross group coordination and milestone managementHolds deep insights into program performance and program execution health. Leverages these insights to address gaps and opportunities with the goal to deliver greater program performance and utilization rate by partnersSubject matter expert for all aspects of operations for your portfolio - understand the end-to-end flow, how the business rules are executed and ensuring compliance is the top priorityWorks with capability manager peers to ensure integrity of the end-to-end process and ability to deliver programmatic goals through operational processesDesign, store, and utilize relevant data as it pertains to your portfolio Translate business and operational strategies into actionable process improvement efforts with defined outcomesWorks with both business, capability and engineering teams to define, instrument and execute upon process measures and metrics that tie to LOB and Corp KPI’sEmbody our culture and values
Qualifications
Required qualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 4+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvementOR equivalent experience4+ years of demonstrated Global Program Management, Capability or Project Management experience preferably in an Operations environmentPreferred qualifications
Proven ability to establish trust quickly and create win-win situations Understanding of business, product, and technical strategies, and proven cross-group program/project leadership and management skills. Ability to communicate with business leaders through all levels of the organizationSolid strategic and tactical business skills Comfortable working with ambiguity & adept at using data to influence business decision making Experience with Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel Skills preferred. Solid knowledge of PowerPoint and the ability to prepare and deliver leadership presentations Demonstrated ability to implement change Core Competencies: Problem solving; planning, organizing and coordinate, cross-group collaboration, influence without authority
Business Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
