We’re looking for a Senior Program Manager who shares this spirit and will join us on the journey to transform how we conduct research across the entire stack. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.

Lead problem-framing and design thinking practices to ensure teams are solving the right problems grounded in user needs, societal impact, and strategic fit. Build and drive new programs and projects, shaping roadmaps from spark to structured execution. Partner across research, engineering, and design disciplines to align exploration with pathways to impact. Act as a connector and translator across fields, ensuring specialists can go deep while advancing shared goals.
