You can help us provide our customers with the world-class cloud services they need to succeed.The Azure CXP Program Management Office (PMO) orchestrates holistic engineering engagements, and feedback-driven insights to innovate customer experience and increase end-to-end customer success. We are looking for a Principal Program Manager for our Business Operations and Tools team who brings passion, teamwork, and vision to deliver success.
As a Principal Program Manager, you will lead a team of program managers that are customer obsessed and engineering minded with a mission to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more. This is realized through feedback-driven insights that are analyzed and validated with research and shared across engineering leaders to drive prioritization of efforts. There are two key programs that will be in your charter: Azure Pulse and Azure Connection Program.

• Strategic Project Execution experience- Support the CXP interactions in the
product planning process, actively drive towards customer-focused results whilst
ensuring readiness for key milestones
• Measure success of the program by identifying & driving relevant metrics,
objectives, and key results
• Engineering Partnerships – partner closely with Azure Engineering teams to
drive outstanding customer results into our products and services, that turn
Azure customers into Azure fans
• Work with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders including Customer
Success Leadership, Customer Support Leadership, Azure Engineering, CXP
teams and more
• Good collaboration, organizational, time management skills that drive and
effectively manage multiple complex communication plans with executive
visibility
• Engineering minded – Identify tooling, product, and process gaps to iteratively
drive improvement and leverage AI to create efficiencies and scale to work
smarter.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field AND 6+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
OR equivalent experience.5+ years people management experience.Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Additional or Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business,
OR related field AND 12+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis,
OR product development
OR equivalent experience.3+ years people management experience.Ability to easily transition from high-level strategic thinking to user-focused and detailed execution and development Demonstrated ability to orchestrate, influence and collaborate with virtual teams to pursue opportunities and lead v-teams through influence Experience with agile delivery, kanban, and AzureDevOps a plus.Knowledge of Azure Platform and being able to articulate at minimum 200-level, including Azure solutions and value prop.
Customer Experience Program Mgmt M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
