Description

As Program Manager, Windows Marketing Operations, you will establish and lead the center of excellence for all marketing operations and program management for Windows Consumer Marketing, including Windows launches. We are seeking an experienced program manager with a creative mindset to drive change and enhancement in the world of Windows Consumer Marketing. This individual will be instrumental in shaping innovative strategies and spearheading transformative initiatives that elevate our marketing efforts. Your ability to think outside the box and implement cutting-edge marketing operations solutions will be crucial in the success of Windows Consumer Marketing, ensuring we stay ahead in a dynamic landscape. The successful candidate will work closely with numerous stakeholders, sponsors, partners at all organizational levels to architect and realize comprehensive strategies aligned with business objectives and to ensure successful project outcomes. This highly collaborative role requires experience in marketing, operations, strategy, project management, and cross-functional leadership. The successful candidate will excel at aligning projects with business objectives in a dynamic, ever-evolving landscape. This position will drive cohesive and synergistic efforts across various projects and marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with overall business goals.

Drive Windows Consumer Marketing operational strategy and establish business rhythms to support the 1, 2- and 5-year vision, with measurable outcomes such as achieving growth milestones and meeting project timelines.Establish a new centralized Program Management Office (PMO) and develop processes to drive program success and business scalability.Partner closely with Commercial and Consumer Marketing Go-to-Market (GTM) leads and internal partner organizations to establish and implement processes to ensure synchronization of all marketing, product marketing, and sales activities to ensure a unified approach across the Windows PC ecosystem. Establish a new intake of go-to-market projects based on assessing the new features, product, campaign, etc. and design a workflow system. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and marketing effectiveness.Lead the coordination of all Windows projects and programs, including end-to-end project planning, timelines, milestones, performance metrics, and resource needs for new innovative features, experiences, and devices. Define, track, and report on organizational metrics.Define and implement change management processes.Embody our culture and values.



Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.2+ years experience leading cross-functional marketing operations and program management initiatives. Additional or preferred qualificationsMaster's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
