As a Senior Program Manager - Manager Onboarding on the Worldwide Learning Onboarding team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering world-class, manager-focused onboarding experiences for all priority roles. You will lead the onboarding strategy for MCAPS managers, partnering closely with business stakeholders to design, validate, and scale impactful programs that streamline the onboarding journey and curriculum design framework, complementing offerings from HR and other sources.

Lead the design and delivery of manager onboarding programs for all priority roles, ensuring alignment with MCAPS business outcomes and priorities.Own end-to-end program management, including planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement.Develop and implement a curriculum design framework that streamlines the onboarding journey and validates manager skills, leveraging best practices and integrating with existing Human Resource (HR) offerings.Collaborate with business partners and subject matter experts to ensure onboarding programs address the unique needs of managers and support their success in role.Drive innovation and experimentation in onboarding programs to maximize engagement and efficacy for managers.Use data-driven insights and learner experience metrics to inform decision-making and program evolution.Automation & AI Agentic Integration: Leverage automation tools and AI agentic experiences to streamline onboarding workflows, personalize learning journeys, and enhance learner engagement and productivityFoster strong communications and relationships across business partners and stakeholder communities.Embrace uncertainty, take risks, and learn quickly from mistakes while leveraging technology and innovation.Resilient, with a growth mindset, able to navigate a fast-changing environment and iterate quickly on potential solutions.OtherEmbody our Culture and Values. 

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 3+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management OR Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 5+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management OR equivalent experience.5+ years of program management experience, including experience partnering with senior leadership and driving complex, high-impact initiatives.Experience in leading curriculum design and onboarding projects from start to delivery, with a focus on manager development and skills validation.Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree or equivalent AND 6+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management OR Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's) AND 8+ years experience in learning and development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management OR equivalent experience.Integrated Learning IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
