Description

Are you a superstar storyteller with a knack for captivating technical audiences? Are you passionate about deeply understanding customer needs and crafting compelling narratives to address them?

As a Product Marketing Manager on the Microsoft Edge Commercial Go-to-Market (GTM) team, you’ll own the narrative and storytelling for IT Pro audiences. With more than half the time on a PC spent in the browser, securing this endpoint has never been more important. You’ll leverage your deep technical expertise and audience understanding to create engaging and informative content that resonates with technical professionals and stakeholders. This role is for you if you like staying on top of the latest industry developments and concerns, find yourself keeping tabs on what IT Pros say in online forums, and are full of ideas for how to creatively ‘hook’ a technical audience.

If you are a Cloud Endpoint Specialist or a Security Technical Specialist with great writing skills, this could be a great role for you.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to see your content portfolio!

Develop breadth and depth content (ex. blogs, event videos, whitepapers, pitch decks, etc) that can overcome IT Pro skepticism and land the full value of why Edge for Business is a secure enterprise browser, optimized for AI. Break down complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and meaningful narratives for IT Pros. Possess a deep understanding of customer needs in the browser security and management space, including the scenarios that an IT Pro would face day-to-day. Work with engineering teams and marketing counterparts to understand product truth and business context, in order to drive alignment on messaging and go-to-market plans. Work within the Edge go-to-market team and other Microsoft marketing teams to scale storytelling and content (e.g. digital, events, field, analysts). Set success criteria, measure impact, and evolve strategies to maximize impact.
