Description
OverviewAI Business Solutions (ABS) sits at the center of Microsoft’s mission to help people and organizations achieve more. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our team. This role sits within the AI Business Solutions Platform & Strategy team and plays a critical part in translating data, signals, and marketing technology into clear guidance and actionable insights for sellers, partners, marketers, and business leaders.
You will work across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Microsoft Customer and Partner Solutions (MCAPS) to help define, deliver, and continuously improve how we surface insights, power planning, and enable smarter go-to-market execution across the ABS business. This role combines marketing technology program leadership with signal-driven analytics and business rhythm support, operating at both strategic and executional levels.

Responsibilities
Drive GTM insights and signal enablement:
Support signal-driven models and dashboards that guide field sellers, partners and marketers across the customer lifecycle, including planning, targeting, and execution insights. Partner with stakeholders to ensure insights are actionable, trusted, and aligned to ABS business priorities. Lead marketing technology and reporting initiatives:
Deliver complex marketing technology initiatives from concept through execution, working with cross-organization virtual teams. Document and streamline reporting capabilities across Sales, Partner, and Corporate platforms, driving consistency across reporting surfaces. Enable business rhythm and decision-making:
Support planning, forecasting, and close rhythms of the business through timely analytics, reporting, and ad hoc investigations. Improve efficiency and effectiveness of core metrics through automation, process clarity, and thoughtful analytics. Operate as a trusted cross-functional partner:
Collaborate closely with Finance, Solution Play leads, Engineering, Marketing, MCAPS, and field teams to align insights and execution. Participate in team triage and planning sessions, helping prioritize work that drives the greatest business impact. Leverage customer and field feedback:
Propose and evolve customer listening systems (e.g., field feedback, telemetry, usage signals) to remove blockers, improve experiences, and inform roadmap decisions. Other:

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.Additional or preferred qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in product marketing, program management, analytics, or marketing technology roles. Proven success leading cross-group, high-visibility initiatives that require alignment across diverse stakeholders. Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights. Experience operating across strategy and execution, with strong organizational and follow-through skills. Effective communication and executive presence, with experience engaging both technical and business audiences.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
