Description
OverviewWe’re looking for a strategic and innovative Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the Systems of Learning function within the Windows Commercial Integrated Marketing team. This role drives a data-first approach to planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, ensuring insights and measurement frameworks shape strategy and deliver measurable impact at every key moment. Responsibilities
Drive data-driven marketing by implementing systems for continuous learning and campaign optimization. Define and align KPIs with business objectives and marketing goals. Build measurement frameworks to assess campaign effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. Deliver actionable insights through structured reporting (monthly performance reviews, quarterly impact assessments, campaign and key-moment analysis) Analyze data to extract insights and improve ROI. Create clear, AI-enhanced reports for stakeholders. Apply data-driven insights to optimize multi-channel marketing strategies and campaign lifecycle. Translate complex data into compelling narratives for decision-making. Demonstrate communication, collaboration, storytelling, and strategic thinking skills.Problem-solving, and driving customer engagement through innovative strategies.

Required/minimum qualifications
Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in businessOR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.Additional or preferred qualificationsMaster's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in businessOR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in marketing with expertise in analytics, performance measurement, and integrated strategy.5+ years of experience developing marketing strategies, defining KPIs, and translating data into actionable insights for continuous improvement.3+ years of experience leveraging reporting tools and optimizing marketing campaigns for performance improvement. 3+ years of experience cross-functional partnership skills and experience leading teams and go-to-market initiatives.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
