If you want to play a role in driving agents and agent creation, now is your chance to join the Copilot Studio Product Marketing team. Copilot Studio is a key component of Microsoft’s commercial AI strategy, as the native enterprise SaaS agent platform for Copilot. We’re looking for a high impact, high energy marketing professional to drive Solution Play execution and Solution Play content creation for Copilot Studio.

Join the Copilot Studio Product Marketing team to own the Solution Play(s) for Copilot Studio—defining the value proposition and field motions that drive revenue and adoption. You’ll partner with Sales, Field Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Partner GTM to ensure Copilot Studio scales through our Solution Plays, translate technical capabilities into business outcomes, and create field‑ready assets that accelerate deals. You’ll also surface and close blockers to growth—whether in positioning, enablement, packaging, or integration—using data and field feedback to iterate the play.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Own Copilot Studio Solution Plays: Define and evolve the play’s value proposition, priority use cases, personas, and buyer journeys; explicitly map how Copilot Studio integrates and differentiates across plays.

• Drive revenue‑oriented field motion: Build and maintain playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks, demo scripts, and ROI tools that the field can use to win deals; partner with Sales and Field Marketing on campaign plans, coverage, and performance.

• Create scalable, modular content: Produce outcome‑driven assets—decks, blogs, videos, whitepapers, and demos—aligned to funnel stages and maker acquisition goals; manage an editorial calendar to ensure cadence and reuse.

• Lead cross‑functional GTM: Orchestrate v‑teams across Product, Engineering, Sales, Partner GTM, and Customer Success to align messaging, prioritize work, and remove adoption blockers.

• Be the voice of the field and customer: Solicit and synthesize feedback (win/loss, deal blockers, support trends) into actionable product and GTM improvements; track and report on issues until resolved.

• Remove blockers to growth: Identify friction in positioning, pricing/packaging, integrations, or enablement; drive closure with clear owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes.

• Measure and optimize: Define KPIs (e.g., pipeline influenced, deal velocity, content utilization, win/loss trends) and use data to iterate the play and content.

You should be able to:

• Make sense from often ambiguous environment and effectively prioritize your work

• Show proven ability to get deep on new products in a fast/constantly changing area
