Description
The Azure team are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to focus on our global Azure datacenter growth and sustainability strategy and execution in new markets. In this role, you will contribute to Microsoft’s mission “to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more” by promoting the adoption of localized, sustainable, resilient, & compliant Azure regions and helping to tell the story of what makes Azure unique.Asuccessful candidate is looking to grow their experience doing business around the world, build expertise in unlocking new market segments, manage high visibility projects launching major infrastructure investments in ways that benefit the local community, while minimizing and offsetting the impact on the environment.
To make this happen, you will be working alongside Microsoft Azure platform marketing team, our engineering counterparts, key customer stakeholders and the senior leaders of Microsoft subsidiaries around the world.

Develop and coordinate sustained datacenter expansion campaign from disclosure, through launch, and mainstreamed effort in partnership with engineering and subsidiary stakeholders.Identify and establish regional and market-specific trust and compliance differentiators.Support datacenter sustainability marketing and localization needs for specific markets.Build launch customer pipeline – by creating local messaging, demand-gen, awareness/technical enablement activities, in partnership with local sales teams and engineering teams.Develop a portfolio of locally relevant datacenter customer evidence that scales and accrues global value.Coach local field teams to sustain datacenter marketing activities after launch.Embody our culture and values.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualificationsMaster's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in product marketing within technology companies, preferably in areas of reliability, sustainability or cybersecurity, with demonstrated success in product-led growth strategies and execution. Additional or preferred qualifications Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
