Microsoft Security Copilot, one of the industry’s first generative AI solutions for security and Information Technology (IT) teams, is at the forefront of this transformation—helping teams detect threats others miss, respond faster, and deepen their expertise. We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead strategic initiatives for Security Copilot, a dynamic and fast-growing area within Microsoft’s Cloud Security portfolio. In this role, you will define and drive the narrative and growth strategies for new capabilities and AI-powered agents. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering to influence the product roadmap and bring innovations to market. You’ll also lead messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution to accelerate awareness, preference, and adoption. This role is suited for a strategic thinker and compelling storyteller who thrives at the intersection of product, customer, and market insights.

Bring new capabilities to market as a marketing launch lead and drive business growth.Collaborate with business planning on business model, pricing, and packaging decisions and bring these innovations to market.Influence engineering on product roadmap and strategy.Lead messaging and positioning for capabilities and innovations.Create compelling, customer-centric content with consistency across all mediums (e.g. webpages, customer pitch decks, blog posts, Frequently Asked Questions, videos, etc.)Derive insights on customer habits and preferences from telemetry, market research and analysis to inform go-to-market plans.Partner closely with product engineering, product marketing, business development and other functions to define strategy and align execution.Foster diversity and inclusion on a thriving team while role modeling Microsoft’s culture.Embody our culture and values.



Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in product marketing within technology companies, preferably in cybersecurity with demonstrated success in product-led growth strategies and execution. Additional or preferred qualifications Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.

Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
