Xbox is seeking an exceptional Product Marketing Manager to lead global marketing strategy for Xbox Accessories. This role will shape product positioning, audience definition, and go-to-market plans for new and existing hardware programs while partnering closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to influence the product roadmap. Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Brand, Sales) and licensed third-party hardware partners.Manage the product lifecycle, including launches, transitions, and end-of-life planning.Create compelling product demos and support at key consumer, industry, and PR events.Deliver business insights, marketing recaps, and budget management to drive performance and accountability.Conduct market analysis, customer research, and competitive positioning to inform messaging and branding.Communicate plans and results confidently to leadership and global stakeholders.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field AND 5 - 7+ years experience in consumer product marketing, ideally with hardware or gaming background.OR Master’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in similar roles.Proven experience in go-to-market planning, audience targeting, and lifecycle management.Ability to influence across disciplines and present with clarity and confidence.Experience working in gaming, OEM, or third-party hardware industries preferred.Passion for the gaming industry and deep understanding of consumer trends.

Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
