As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Windows Commercial Experiences Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the end-user experience for Windows at work. This includes partnering closely with product teams to define the roadmap, ensuring alignment with consumer experiences where appropriate, and crafting value propositions that resonate with enterprise customers. You’ll bring these stories to life through impactful marketing that clearly communicates how Windows—enhanced by AI and Copilot—empowers people to work smarter and achieve more.

Responsibilities

You will define and influence the roadmap for Windows commercial end-user experiences in partnership with product teams, ensuring alignment with enterprise needs and future AI-driven capabilities. You will collaborate with partner teams across Copilot, Microsoft 365, Edge, and others to create integrated narratives that clearly articulate joint end-user value at work. You will craft compelling storytelling that resonates with enterprise information workers, highlighting how Windows and AI-powered features enhance productivity and security at work. You will participate in narrative development for Commercial campaigns, press engagements, and events, ensuring consistent messaging that positions Windows as the foundation for modern work experiences. You will translate complex product capabilities into simple, benefit-driven messaging that makes AI and Copilot innovations understandable and relevant for business decision-makers and end-users. You will serve as a thought leader internally and externally, advocating for Windows’ role in shaping the future of work through AI and connected experiences. Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in businessOR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.Additional or preferred qualificationsMaster's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in businessOR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.5+ years experience working in or adjacent to technology, software, B2B/Commercial sales, or AI. 5+ years experience in product marketing or related roles within the technology industry, with a track record of strategies for enterprise or commercial products. 5+ years of demostrated understanding of end-user experiences in the workplace, including productivity tools, operating systems, and AI-powered solutions like Copilot. 5+ years experience crafting compelling narratives and simplify complex technical concepts into clear, benefit-driven messaging for business decision-makers and information workers. 5+ years of demostrated cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
