OverviewThe Xbox Platform & Subscriptions Marketing team is seeking a seasoned Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead strategic growth partnerships that will accelerate engagement and acquisition for Xbox Game Pass and the broader Xbox ecosystem across global and regional markets.
This role is ideal for an impactful leader who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, partner development and customer-centric marketing. You will architect and execute partnership strategies that unlock new audiences, deepen subscriber engagement, and drive platform innovation. Your work will directly influence Xbox’s flagship services in one of the most dynamic and competitive categories in entertainment.
You’ll collaborate closely with business development, business planning, product managers, digital marketing, regional marketing teams, and external partners to shape the future of Game Pass and Xbox platform growth. This is a unique opportunity to drive impact at scale, influence global strategy, and help define the next chapter of gaming.

Responsibilities
Lead strategic partnerships with global and regional external companies to accelerate growth for Xbox Game Pass and the Xbox platform, driving both acquisition and engagement across diverse customer segments.Identify, evaluate, and secure new partnership opportunities, while managing existing relationships across their full lifecycle—from initial pitch and joint business planning to execution and performance optimization.Design and execute high-impact co-marketing campaigns with partners that deliver measurable business outcomes, tailoring programs to audience needs, partner capabilities, and platform priorities.Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Planning, Digital Marketing, Business Development and Marketing Communications teams to develop and scale partnership programs that align with Xbox’s strategic growth pillars.Define and operationalize success metrics, partnering with Business Planning and Analytics to build scorecards, dashboards, and report frameworks that measure impact across acquisition, engagement, and retention.Analyze campaign performance and partner impact, using data to refine strategies, optimize spend, and inform future initiatives.Drive go-to-market excellence by leading messaging development, partner enablement, channel strategy, and field readiness for Xbox Game Pass and Xbox platform programs, ensuring alignment across internal and external stakeholders.Champion partner and customer advocacy, surfacing insights and feedback to inform product development, marketing strategy, and long-term growth planning.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in businessOR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Five plus years of experience in partnerships roles with experience that includes negotiation, co-marketing, and joint business planning with global brands, OEMs, and regional operators.Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable business impact, including experience with customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and performance analytics.Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives independently, managing multiple stakeholders and navigating ambiguity to deliver results.Strategic messaging and storytelling skills, with attention to detail and the ability to tailor communications for diverse audiences.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
