Description

The Microsoft AI Business Solutions (ABS) team is responsible for defining, shaping, and driving opportunities for some of Microsoft’s fastest-growing areas of business. The ABS portfolio of businesses includes Microsoft 365 Copilot (AI assistant for work), Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365, Teams, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform. This team leads the growth efforts across the business at the intersection of product, marketing, and technology—where strategic vision meets real-world impact.

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Copilot Content & Experiences to work across the design and delivery of our global events and experiences. In this role, you will be a marketer who is equal parts strategist, program/portfolio manager, and product savvy. You will have the opportunity to shape Microsoft’s perception in key tech communities and influence how thousands of people experience our AI innovations. Job Location: The primary location for this position is Redmond, WA. This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

You will support the building of the end-to-end strategic plan for first- and third-party events across the AI Business Solutions portfolio, with specific focus on landing Microsoft 365 Copilot in the market with existing and new customers. You will lead the project management and execution of marquee events from ideation, through event delivery, and measurement/reporting. You will work across the build and delivery of onstage content, bringing your product knowledge and storytelling to bear. You will partner with the Global Marketing Engines and Experiences (E&E) team and solution play/go-to-market marketing teams on event prioritization, measurement, and outcomes to drive our solution play engagement. You will partner with product marketing teams, field organizations, and partner marketing teams to have a holistic view of the investments being made across the business and integration points for driving key outcomes. You will engage with the news and disclosure team, AR/PR (analyst relations and press relations) team, and other organizations to help drive moments, announcements, and engagement across the events portfolio.Embody our Culture and Values  

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business, in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with precision, accountability, and a structured approach to planning and execution, or related experienceOR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business, in leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects with precision, accountability, and a structured approach to planning and execution, or related experienceOR equivalent experience.3+ years of experience managing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional deliverables, with an emphasis on maintaining consistency and high-quality outcomes.3+ years of experience in technology marketing or event management, including the development and execution of large-scale event strategies that align with organizational goals.3+ years of collaborative experience, demonstrating the ability to communicate effectively, influence outcomes, and coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.Additional or preferred qualifications

There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
