We help customers become more agile, unlock new levels of productivity, and accelerate growth through intelligent, adaptive solutions that drive real impact.We’re seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager - AI Campaign & Customer Orchestration. This critical role will align all our campaigns targeted at our customers to drive usage and adoption. This role will require technical expertise, excellent organization and project management, understanding of customer-facing channels and deep understanding of our customers and AI.

AI Product Strategy & Vision
Align AI product strategy with customer journeys to deliver optimal experiences. Use data to develop an end-to-end strategy on product and experiences exposed to our customers to drive the best experience and highest level of adoption and usage.
Orchestration & Campaign Management
Own the overarching calendar for all information that reaches our customers with the aim of driving adoption. Ensure a logical flow of information and updates on the most impactful and pertinent updates targeted at each customer and their needs. Be the coordination point that manages what message goes through what channel, and to what customer, and what triggers drive that next action.
Adoption & Platform Performance
Develop a consistent reporting framework on AI adoption – across in product, email, web etc. - and measure platforms and content for their engagement and impact.
Persona & Customer Journey
Connect our campaign calendar to our customers’ and their journey. Align our programs to each personas’ journey and how to best engage and via what channels.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualificationsMaster's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience in marketing, business strategy, or product management, including direct experience orchestrating customer-facing campaigns for AI or enterprise technology solutions.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
