Description
Are you passionate about AI, digital storytelling, and influencer marketing? We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team to help build & scale our Microsoft 365 Copilot influencer program. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in B2B influencer marketing and while driving core program operations.As a Product Marketing, M365 Copilot Influencer Operations, you’ll help drive the success of our Microsoft 365 commercial influencer program by managing the day-to-day operations that keep everything running smoothly. You’ll own the editorial calendar, support event logistics, track budgets, and help foster influencer program growth. Your work will directly support the visibility and impact of our brand through authentic, influencer-driven storytelling.

Manage the social & creator editorial calendar, ensuring timely planning and coordination of content across platforms. This includes maintaining up-to-date records of creator activities, partnerships, and performance metrics.Track influencer engagement with daily monitoring of creator content to identify opportunities, trends, and community sentiment on social.Oversee day-to-day program operations in collaboration with agency, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with strategic goals. This includes helping manage deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth execution of influencer campaigns.Support creator events, including travel and expense coordination, identifying relevant events, building custom experiences & schedules, and managing on-site activations.Build social engagement by growing and managing the LinkedIn influencer community, fostering engagement and supporting content amplification.Leverage AI in day to day work to find efficiencies and build new business process.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 2+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.1+years working with social media platforms and influencer marketing.Additional or preferred qualificationsMaster's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business OR Bachelor's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business OR equivalent experience.Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external agencies, and influencers.Comfort with basic tools for tracking budgets, content calendars, and social engagement.A growth mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced marketing environment.Product Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
