The MSN Start Experiences Product team, is seeking a Senior Product Manager, who will be responsible for consumer facing distribution channels for the MSN Feed, which will rely on your product innovation, experimentation driven objective decision making and consumer obsession to create an industry leading suite of feed consumption products which enable us to meet consumers where they are to inform, entertain and inspire them.

Find product positioning for MSN feeds on relevant entry points, working with user research and product design teams to find the right avenues for customer acquisition and engagement. Drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas on your endpoints. Identify long-term investment opportunities and engage partners to garner support for those feature areas. Define a feature set and facilitate mid-level usability reviews with customers. Own the roadmap for multiple feature areas and will collaborate with a partner team to build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs. Conduct and ship A/B testing experiments for driving up top-of-funnel expansion and engagement on your suite of products making metric driven, objective decisions on rollout based on designed ship criteria. Be responsible for identifying said ship criteria in partnership with other teams at Microsoft. Drive for tasteful, high-quality monetization working with partner teams in your product so make sure customers and our business both find value in your products. Partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in targeted areas. Identify features to deprecate, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/program management OR equivalent experience. Experience working with Experimentation or A/B testing systems. Experience working with Consumer products with a specific focus on User Experiences.Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with high scale digital consumer products across research, design and metrics monitoring. Experience working with Machine Learning (ML) / Artificial Intelligence (AI) based recommendation systems.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
