Microsoft is building the next generation of Agentic OS capabilities, enabling intelligent agents to operate across applications, services, and enterprise environments. In this Principal Product Manager role, you will operate at the intersection of enterprise IT, platform architecture, security, identity, and AI, translating customer and partner needs into clear platform requirements that shape foundational OS capabilities. You will work across Windows, M365, Security, Identity, and enterprise management ecosystems to ensure the Agentic OS is enterprise ready from day one.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

Responsibilities

Translate enterprise customer, partner, and IT admin needs into clear platform requirements, guardrails, and design principles for agentic experiences. Drive alignment across engineering, security, identity, compliance, and policy teams to ensure enterprise-readiness is built into the core platform—not layered on later. Partner closely with platform and OS engineering teams to influence architecture, APIs, lifecycle management, and system behaviors that enable enterprise deployment and control. Serve as the PM point-of-view owner for how enterprises deploy, govern, and manage AI agents across devices, tenants, and environments. Identify and resolve cross-org gaps and constraints that block enterprise adoption, driving clarity through ambiguity and influencing without authority. Represent enterprise requirements in executive reviews, roadmap discussions, and cross company forums, shaping long term platform direction. Act as a multiplier by mentoring other PMs and establishing reusable frameworks, requirements patterns, and decision models for enterprise grade agent platforms.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
