We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to design, build, and deliver a unified, intelligent, and scalable system that transforms the way security research and SOC operations are conducted. You will define how AI and automation can be used to support fast and safe experimentation, in-depth threat analysis, rapid research iteration, and end-to-end security insights to enhance global protection. Responsibilities

Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for Research Enablement and tooling within the MTP Engine ecosystem.

Own feature backlog and ensure clarity, urgency, and accountability in delivery.

Drive experimentation plans and data-driven decision-making to validate hypotheses and measure impact.

Collaborate with engineering, design, research, and partner teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Derive insights from customer feedback, telemetry, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.

Establish and run rhythm of business processes to ensure close coordination and collaboration with parters and customers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

4+ years designing and implementing large scale, distributed, cloud-based commercial services.

Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft background and Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).

4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).

4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
