Drive AI-Powered UX Innovation
Design and deliver intelligent user experiences that simplify and accelerate everyday tasks across Windows Shell surfaces like the Start Menu and Taskbar.Translate Customer Insights into Strategy

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.4+ years of hands-on experience in User Experience (UX) or User Interface (UI) design and development.1+ years of experience working with AI assistants or agents, including designing or integrating AI-powered experiences.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.4+ years of experience bringing products or features to market, including design, product-market fit validation, and launch execution (internal tools or frameworks included).Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
