Description

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the OneDrive Photos & Mobile team, responsible for delighting our customers and driving business growth across consumers, small business users, and enterprises. Keys to success include cultivating empathy for our customers, crisp communication, facilitating work with peers and partners across the company, using AI tools for effective product planning, and rapidly delivering new feature value that drives impact.  The focus areas for this role include owning specific customer needs and solutions contributing towards our bold ambitions in the Photos space and the OneDrive Mobile apps, as well as monetization and growth responsibilities. Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.Experience launching multiple iterations of product features to customers in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge and use of AI tools for product management responsibilities.Preferred Qualifications:

Self-starter with excellent communication skills (written & oral), a strong background of influencing others, and bias towards action.Proven ability to collaborate across teams and across levels of management, and ability to engage in a healthy team culture of diversity, inclusion, belonging, and collaboration.Demonstrated interest and empathy for understanding customer scenarios and experiences, generating actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative data and experiments, and driving business growth through strategies and feature delivery.Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
