As a Senior Product Manager in Teams, this person will be responsible for identifying product plan and strategy, partnering with stakeholders across the company to deliver on the strategy and leveraging data and customer research to identify customer challenges and to drive growth in this space. This opportunity will allow you to analyze and solve complex business problems in collaboration space, have ample customer interaction opportunities, deepen product build and collaboration skills and provide opportunities for presenting to stakeholders at various leadership levels.

You will drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas. You’ll also identify long-term investment opportunities and engage partners to garner support for those feature areas.You will help define a feature set and facilitate mid-level usability reviews with customers. You’ll own the roadmap for multiple feature areas, and will collaborate with a partner team to build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs.You will scale product led growth by helping build roll-out, and customer support plans. You’ll also promote the feature areas you worked on and present at large events.You will partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs in order to improve product development in targeted areas. You’ll also identify features to enhance, manage customer communities, and build trust with targeted customers.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in product management.Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and customer success, and understanding of enterprise customer needs.Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management OR software developmentOR equivalent experience.Experience in collaboration or security space.Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
