We are seeking an experienced and passionate Principal Product Manager to join our team with a customer focus, who excels in bringing products to market. This is an opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys distilling clarity and possesses significant knowledge of the latest Artificial Intelligence models, trends, and the field of automation. The Principal Product Manager will collaborate closely with external customers and internal engineering teams across the organization.
As a Principal Product Manager, you will be serving as the voice of the customer, and shaping product strategy, solutions, and roadmaps to deliver exceptional value to our customers. Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.7+ years of experience setting strategy, roadmap and execution plansOther Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program managementOR software developmentOR equivalent experience.Proven track record of seizing ambiguous opportunities, driving clarity into them, and creating impactful results that benefits the company through deeply involved interactions and discussionLeadership skills, critical thinking skills, problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration with an ability to build strong partnership with othersProven experience harnessing telemetry, quant and qual customer data to create product strategyA good understanding of how to create software or how an engineering product cycle worksProduct Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
