As part of the Data science and AI team, you will be personally involved in leading, and defining requirements and features that enable our customersYou will work closely with peers across teams to help build easy to use experiences to empower our users to be successful building ML and AI solutionsA Senior Product Manager is accountable for capturing customer pain points, problem statements, business requirements, prioritizing the requirements, ensuring the solutions are delivered as per requirements, and aligned to the technology roadmaps, which support the business roadmaps and future business scenariosThe Senior Product Manager will need to quickly establish the trust and confidence of our business partners by developing/demonstrating:Addressing the customer pain points and leveraging the opportunities to improve systems and processesData-driven decisions through measuring and capturing business impact and deliver the right outcomes to the businessWork across multiple feature areas (e.g., product, service) across divisional boundaries.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role of any capacity1+ years of Data Science and AI experiences developmentOther Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications
Experience with machine learning and AI technology, for example MLFlow,Kafka, Hive, Oozie, Spark, HDFS, ADB, DeltaLake.Experience with SQL (SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres) and NoSQL (Cosmos/MongoDB/HBase) database/Effective technical and functional design skills, with demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quicklyExperience developing and testing computer software and/or online services.Analytical problem-solving skills to address complex problems and issues Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
