We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Principal Product Manager to join our Ranking team.

Identify patterns, trends, and content performance to provide ongoing reports on the relevance and quality of our product. Develop end to end AI/ML product strategy and solutions for the next generation ranking and recommendations technology driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Convert user feedback into detailed product requirements, user journeys and technical specifications. Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including teams in research, data science, product design, and engineering. Design metrics and track experimentation results to iterate and fine-tune models, ensuring continuous improvement and impact on key business metrics. Effectively communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.6+ years product management or related industry experience in one of the following areas: Machine Learning based personalization, ranking or recommendation services in Search, Feed, Ads or related areas. Additional or preferred qualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 12+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.Experience building and shipping ranking and recommendation products. Understanding of backend architecture for ranking systems including large-scale distributed systems. Ability to interpret A/B tests, knowledge of statistical methods to evaluate performance.
Product Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $161,600 - $286,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $209,600 - $314,400 per year.
