We are seeking a Principal Product Manager with a mix of product expertise, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, cross-team collaboration, and external customer engagement. Create and drive execution of product strategy, roadmap definition, prioritization for the feature area. Rapidly prototype and experiment with product ideas to validate product market fit. Analyze metrics to inform future product development. Act as the voice of the customer, embrace user feedback and synthesize insights into actionable product requirements, user stories, and product specifications. Manage cross-team partnerships and relationships with engineering, UX, and marketing to establish a shared plan, and roadmap. Understand AI landscape and ecosystem, ensuring we have an objective view of market capabilities and our position. Embody our culture and values
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in launching and growing enterprise products.Deep understanding of IT Admin needs for app management, deployment and adoption.Self-starters with a positive, collaborative can-do attitude and growth mindset. Innate curiosity and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment. Solid analytical thinking, disciplined problem-solving and data analysis skills. Effective communication skills; written, verbal, and presentation. With ability to flex communication style based on audience and situation. Solid product management, leadership, and cross-group collaboration skills with a track record of managing complex projects with many partners.
Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
