As a Senior Product Manager in the team that builds monetization solutions for consumer AI experiences like Microsoft Copilot. This opportunity will allow you to conceptualize and drive efforts to create user-centric features that enhance the value of our AI products while driving revenue growth. Own and articulate the roadmap of Ads monetization for specific products.Own and drive end-to-end product lifecycle from product conception to development to launch.Work with designers and internal/external resources to figure out the best-in-class UX for customers.Deal with ambiguity and drive clarity across teams.Collaborate across disciplines such as Sales, Support, Marketing, Business Development, Legal, and other engineering teams.Drive go-to-market efforts with marketing and sales teams.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.5+ years of Product Management experience working on products consumed by multiple internal and external customers where multiple needs are researched, analyzed, benchmarked and eventually balanced to achieve business goals.Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Experience in UX design.Experience working on Internet and consumer products.
Experience on consumer AI products.
Prior knowledge of the advertising industry and understanding of the dynamics between advertisers, agencies, ad networks, publishers, and users.Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
