Microsoft Edge is one of the world’s most used daily apps of any kind on any platform, and as part of the Microsoft AI organization, we are redefining the role of the browser in the age of AI.We are seeking a visionary product leader to accelerate our work in this space. As a Principal Product Manager and a critical part of the Product Leadership team, reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will have a broad view of all our investments and opportunities and the charter to ensure that Edge remains on the forefront of innovation for all of our customers.
You will drive strategy and execution on key initiatives, build partnerships, and raise the bar on product and design quality for Edge. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and external partners to deliver innovative and meaningful new experiences. This opportunity will allow you to be on the cutting edge of the latest AI innovation and to positively impact the daily lives of 100s of millions of customers.

Develop and execute product strategies focused on enhancing the leading edge for AI and the web.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing) to launch new features and enhancements.Monitor market trends and user feedback to inform product decisions and roadmaps.Leadership skills with experience managing and/or mentoring product teams.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree AND 10+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.5+ years of experience with leading high-impact product strategies and partnering with internal and external stakeholders.5+ years of experience with web platform, open source, and browser technologies.Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management OR software developmentOR equivalent experience.Familiarity with Microsoft Edge, Chromium, or other browser technologies.Familiarity with AI technologies and use cases. Collaboration skills with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.Product Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $161,600 - $286,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $209,600 - $314,400 per year.
