The Xbox Player Experience and Platform team is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager with a track record of data synthesis and storytelling. This role will partner with engineering to design, develop, and manage feedback and telemetry across the entire gaming ecosystem, and leverage it to improve the product and experiences, and turning data into actionable learnings.

Responsibilities
We are looking for an exceptional Senior Product Manager to help us deliver on this vision. The role includes:
Transform telemetry to business insights through partnerships with engineering and data platform teams.Analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources using a variety of tools and data analysis techniquesUnderstand business performance (trends, funnels) as well as answer product and business questions to drive product and marketing actionsLeverage industry best practices in establishing repeatable BI practices, principles & processesPartner with Data Scientists to get insights into product metrics and communicate those to both technical & non-technical audiencesDemonstrated leadership and exceptional cross-team collaboration skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with rapidly changing requirementsBe a voice for players and develop expert understanding of player gaps and opportunities, serving as a consultant and resource to partner organizations for planning and prioritization.
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Additional or preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).5+ years of technical program/product management experience shipping products/servicesProficient technical background and solid foundation in software or platform engineering principlesAbility to understand, translate and map business and product questions into analysis projectsProficient ability to articulate vision, requirements & benefits to business and technical partnersProficient presentation skills and ability to adapt elevation of messages based on audienceAbility to adapt to changing conditions and prioritiesTo succeed in this role, you should have proficient technical and analytical skills, excellent cross-group collaboration and driving skills, a passion for partners and customers, and constantly striving to make data-driven decisions. You should also have a proficient track record of delivery, preferably in a services environment. You should also be able to demonstrate both creativity and the ability to deliver on new ideas.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
