We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager - SharePoint to join the SharePoint sites and pages team, to help drive the next wave of innovation on the SharePoint sites and pages experience, including leveraging Artificial Intelligance (AI) to deliver smarter and more engaging user experiences and business growth to the platform.

In this role, you will drive a new wave of innovation for the world’s top enterprise publishing system, brainstorm new integrations with other Microsoft products, and advance the reach of the product to new distribution channels. You will work on a publishing system that empowers internal teams and external developers to create content that increases employee engagement and connection.

Leads end-to-end product strategy and execution for your features, AI-powered and others, from vision to delivery.Partners with Engineering, Applied Science, Design, Research, and Data Science as well as your peers in Product Management to deliver end-to-end experiences.Partners within and outside of the SharePoint organization to deliver features.Translates user needs and business goals into data-driven roadmaps leveraging Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), and generative AI.Delivers telemetry, dashboards and experiments to measure the success of these features.Authors quality evaluations for your AI features and partners with engineering to implement and run them at scale.Engages with customers, both directly and indirectly, in formal and informal opportunities from conferences (like Ignite) to calls with customers to connect directly with them.Embody our culture and values.



Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.3+ years of experience with AI/ML, or data-driven product development and ability to apply AI technologies to solve customer problems and create innovative solutions.3+ years of experience handling delivery from initial strategy to engineering requirements to audience/user adoption.Other Requirements:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).Understanding of web publishing systems, constraints and be willing to push the limits and apply creative solutions that support the growth of the business.Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
