Description

Microsoft Shopping helps people shop with confidence, bringing transparency, consistency, personalization, and savings to users across Edge, MSN, and Bing. Last year users saved more than $320 million with Microsoft Shopping. This year, the Shopping team is looking to continue to deliver high-quality experiences that customers value by expanding its savings programs including cashback and coupon growth. We are looking for an operations-focused Product Manager, Operations to help grow our savings offerings by working directly with affiliate and other partners, and to drive campaigns across our canvases and savings programs. You’ll increase our ability to offer shoppers’ savings, while helping merchants and brands increase their reach. In addition, you’ll help us align our savings campaigns to the way people shop and improve our campaign funnel.

Drive and track success criteria of a our savings offers and campaigns. Partner with others to identify short-term investment opportunities and collaborate with partners to garner support for those opportunities.Demonstrate ability to define a campaign. Own the campaign roadmap and partner across engineering, product and other stakeholders to bring it to life.Leverage data analytics, customer insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform product decisions and measure success.Partner with others to collect performance metrics and form hypotheses to incrementally improve product development in specific areas. Manage some merchant and retailer relationships and build trust with targeted customers.Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, user research, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption.Communicate affiliate and campaign strategy, progress, and updates effectively to senior leadership, partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
