You will impact the experience of hundreds of millions of users by creating experiences for the Copilot app on PC, collaborating with internal and external partners to ship fast and innovate.

Starting January 26, 2026, MAI employees are expected to work from a designated Microsoft office at least four days a week if they live within 50 miles (U.S.) or 25 miles (non-U.S., country-specific) of that location. This expectation is subject to local law and may vary by jurisdiction.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Product Manager, you’ll blend creativity, curiosity, and technical depth to help drive projects from concept to launch. You’ll partner closely with engineers, designers, other PMs, and AI researchers to turn ambiguous ideas into user‑delighting experiences.
You will:
Contribute to defining a product area by understanding user needs and behaviors, writing product requirements, and supporting end‑to‑end development, launches, and iterations.Work through roadblocks and help teams ship quickly and iteratively.Translate business goals into product strategy, user experience, and technical requirements in collaboration with UX and AI model teams.Define success metrics, support experimentation, and use data to guide decisions.Dive into data to understand user behavior, product performance, and new opportunities.Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams.Model our culture and values in daily work.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product management OR equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree AND 7+ years of experience in product management OR equivalent experience.Experience using AI tools to create products.Experience building consumer products for large screens (Windows / Mac / Web).Experience in personal productivity, search, education, or messaging products.Experience working with Machine Learning or Large Language Models.Ability to operate in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to an inclusive, growth‑oriented team culture.Experience with data analytics and experimentation tools; familiarity with SQL or coding (Python, JavaScript) is a plus.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
