Responsibilities
Listen to and understand customer requirements, translating them into thorough feature proposals and justifications to secure stakeholder alignment.Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver assigned feature sets, managing scope and timelines effectively.Collect, analyze, and interpret performance metrics related to product features, forming hypotheses for incremental improvements.Understand the organizational Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), align related projects, work items, and measure the impact on key results.Support an inclusive team environment by encouraging open communication and collaboration, ensuring all team members contribute effectively to product development and strategy.Demonstrate strong technical problem-solving, communication skills, and experience with system architecture.Identify opportunities and explore innovative solutions to complex problems.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.2+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).2+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).#azurecorejobs
Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
