Copilot Analytics provides measurement tools and insights to help drive AI adoption and value realization with an emphasis on driving AI transformation at our customers’ organizations. As the AI landscape continues to evolve, Copilot Analytics helps organizations understand the impact of their AI investments on end user productivity as well as business outcomes.We are looking for a Product Manager II for our team, responsible for executing on our product strategy with an emphasis on scenario driven metric and feature creation, creating compelling insights from that data, and driving the customer toward action and organizational transformation. Keys to success encompass building deep empathy for our customers as they navigate the AI wave, facilitating partnerships across the company, and providing clarity in strategy and purpose for our investments. We are looking for Product Manager II to join us, working with a team of engineers, designers and more, to deliver compelling, valuable and impactful experiences to our customers. We are looking for individuals who can help foster an inclusive culture and encourage growth mindset. You will need to partner effectively with teams across Microsoft to design holistic solutions. This will require technical depth to ensure we make good tradeoffs among multiple technology options.
Your expertise in creating performant, flexible experiences and building cross-team & division partnerships will be a key differentiator in this role. In addition to driving our experiences, you will need to be a product leader across multiple initiatives, represent the team and product as necessary, and ensure we create and deliver a coherent Copilot Analytics story.
Key deliverables:
Define the product backlog, experience and product success metrics informed by detailed customer and partner research as well as data driven analysis. Develop product features based on strategy and vision. Envision and design experiences that delight customers. Author detailed, crisp requirements and user stories for these experiences. Partner with Design & Research, as well as your peers in product management across the Viva Insights team to deliver a seamless end-to-end experience wherever someone uses Viva Insights. Work closely with engineering teams to deliver products to market.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.2+ years of experience in product management partnering directly with developers and designers to build and successfully launch end-user facing products. 2+ years of experience across the entire product lifecycle – from user research and competitive analysis, to ideation, specification, architecture, and launch. Preferred Qualifications:
Customer empathy with experience in user-centered design; demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly software applications and customer-facing features. Fluency in product analytics and data-driven decision making for product success. Experience in B2C (business to corporate) or Consumer facing products. Innate curiosity and ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing startup environment. Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
