Description
We are looking for a Principal Product Manager-Generative AI (Artificial Intelligence) to drive our Bing Visual Search Product and our Bing Multimedia Growth User Experience (UX) framework on Edge, Windows, and mobile. In this role, you will deliver world-class Generative AI and intelligence features from Bing to users across Microsoft’s ecosystem. We are currently evolving our media intelligence features to deliver new and exciting customer scenarios, so it is an excellent time to join the team!By joining our team, you will be at the heart of envisioning, creating, and crafting Bing Visual Search and how it and other Bing Intelligence is expressed in products across Microsoft. You will drive business impact for Multimedia across the company and track success criteria for multiple growth areas. You’ll also identify long-term investment opportunities and engage partners to garner support for those feature areas.
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute product strategies for Bing Visual Search and the Bing Multimedia team. You will influence others to drive business impact across the organization and track success criteria for multiple feature areas across divisions. You’ll also be an expert in identifying long-term investment opportunities and engaging partners to garner support for those feature areasFeature Definition: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features that align with customer needs and business goals.Experimentation and Growth: You will define a feature set and facilitate senior-level usability reviews with customers. You’ll own the roadmap for multiple feature areas across divisions, and will collaborate with a partner team to build golden configurations and drive scenario walkthroughs to drive product improvements and growth.User Experience (UX) Design: Apply strong UX design skills to create intuitive and delightful user experiences.Agile and Rapid Pace: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and delivering results efficiently. Lead the development of product roadmaps, feature sets, and test flights.Analytics and Insights: Utilize a strong skill set in analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimize product performance.Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure successful product experiences, Champion the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program managemen or software developmentOR equivalent experience.Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
