We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager - Data and Analytics who will be responsible to transform and uplevel the data strategy for AED and help establish a unified data model for Microsoft Azure Supportability working in tight partnership with a range of stakeholders across Advanced Cloud Engineers (ACEs), Data Scientists, Data Engineering and others. This role allows you to lead the data-driven culture with the hands-on GPT/LLM technologies and have organizational leadership engagement and visibility within Microsoft.

The Azure CXP team is the product and platform engineering, service delivery, onboarding, and customer success unit in Azure engineering, responsible for deploying and managing customers’ mission-critical workloads; providing complete customer care through in-product experiences and platforms and strategic customer support delivery; identifying product opportunities and gaps and then driving innovations and improvements into the product.

Azure Engineering Direct (AED) pioneers transformational support to expedite Azure adoption and value realization. Our Advanced Cloud Engineers (ACEs) walk with our AED customers on their Azure journey, so we meet them where they are and help them the way they want to be helped. Ensuring the success of our ACEs is critical to AED. With over 200+ (and growing) ACEs across 3 continents, they are what makes AED a success & ensures that our customer’s Azure journey is frictionless. Thanks to the support our ACEs provide, AED has grown very rapidly these last 18 months.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Qualifications
Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.3+ years experience in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling.
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred Qualifications
• Proficiency in Kusto query engine
• Proficienty in data modeling
• Passion for GPT/LLM technologies and their applications in data analysis
• Familiarity in the Technical Support industry and Technical Support-related KPIs
• Reliable collaboration, influence, and communications skills required to bring various partners together and unify their voices
• Ability to work across global teams that span geographies, org boundaries, matrixed environments, and product engineering
• Experience antipating data needs, and proactively meets and exceeds customer/partner expectations. Recognizes the issues that customers/partners want to resolve, and creates, or facilitates the creation of, products and services to address data needs
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
