We’re hiring a Senior Product Manager to help define and deliver the next generation of AI meeting experiences in Teams, including the Facilitator agent for meetings. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and applied science to ship experiences that are at the forefront of AI and designed for real-world collaboration.
This is a high-impact product role where you will drive product direction for AI-powered meeting experiences, with emphasis on how an agent shows up in real-time multi-party contexts, adapts appropriately to the situation, and delivers consistent value over time.

Responsibilities
Create and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered meeting experiences, including the Facilitator agent for meetings.Own the end-to-end experience: identify customer needs, define product requirements, and deliver high-craft user experiences in partnership with engineering, design, and applied science.Shape how agent behavior works in multi-party settings: define what “great” looks like, where the agent should help, and how it should adapt to different meeting contexts.Drive cross-team alignment and execution across multiple partners and disciplines—ensuring clear milestones, crisp communication, and measurable outcomes.Define success metrics and evaluation approaches; use data, customer insight, and experimentation to iterate and improve outcomes over time.Communicate product strategy and decisions effectively to stakeholders and senior leaders.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.Demonstrated ability to define, ship, and iterate on user-facing products in complex, ambiguous environments.Solid product judgment and execution discipline (prioritization, prototyping, roadmap management, and delivery).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.Systems thinking: comfort reasoning about products that must work across diverse scenarios, users, and organizational environments. Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.2+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).2+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).Experience building or shipping AI-powered products (e.g., LLM features, agents, intelligent systems, or platform capabilities).Familiarity with human-AI interaction patterns, evaluation practices, feedback loops, and iterative product development in AI spaces.Passion for building experiences that work well for a wide range of people and collaboration styles.#AI #ProductManagement #MicrosoftTeams #Agents #LLM #GenAI
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
