We are looking for a Senior Product Manager - AI Agents. Our team builds autonomous and assistive AI agents that help customerfacing teams better understand customers, make informed decisions, and take action with confidence. These agents combine natural language interaction, enterprise context, and intelligent orchestration across tools and systems to improve how organizations manage customer experiences endtoend.

Responsibilities
Design, build, and deliver AI agent experiences that reimagine customer engagement workflows such as prospecting, deal closure, account management, pipeline review and more.Own end‑to‑end product scenarios for autonomous and assistive agents, from problem definition through launch and iteration.Translate real customer and user needs into AI‑first product requirements, balancing usefulness, reliability, and simplicity.Partner closely with engineering, design, and applied science to shape agent behavior, orchestration logic, and user experience.Define and track success metrics including quality, task completion, engagement, latency, and user trust.Drive experimentation and continuous improvement using telemetry, evaluations, and customer feedback.Ensure Responsible AI principles—including transparency, user control, privacy, and safety—are embedded into agent design and delivery.Collaborate across teams building platforms, applications, and integrations to deliver cohesive, end‑to‑end agent experiences.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter. Preferred qualification:
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.2+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework).4+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).4+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).Experience shipping user‑facing products or features, from concept to launch and iteration.Experience working on AI‑powered, data‑driven, or intelligent systems, including conversational or assistant‑based experiences.Strong ability to collaborate across engineering, design, research, and business stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous problem spaces, using customer insight and data to drive clarity and execution.Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, such as autonomous assistance, human‑in‑the‑loop workflows, or contextual reasoning.Experience defining or using quality metrics and evaluations for AI systems.Exposure to Responsible AI, privacy, or compliance considerations in enterprise products.

Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
