Within Azure Data, the Microsoft Fabric platform team builds and maintains the operating system and provides customers a unified data stack to run an entire data estate. The platform provides a unified experience, unified governance, enables a unified business model and a unified architecture.

We're building new and unique capabilities in Microsoft Fabric and looking for PM candidates that bring experience in building scalable, secure and well-integrated services on top of core Azure Data foundations.

Responsibilities

Owns and strategically drives the roadmap for multiple critical feature areas. Prioritizes the backlog and aligns with internal partners on UI/UX design, product shape, and implementation tradeoffs. Provides demonstrations to leadership team around all aspects of the product areas. Shares feature previews or roadmap with customers to drive engagement and to gather feedback. Synthesize, prioritize, and collaborate with engineering partners to address feedback to continuously refine the product strategy and roadmap. Leverage data and telemetry to inform product decisions. Define key success metrics (availability, latency, adoption, revenue) and track against these. Analyze usage patterns and performance data to detect and prioritize opportunities. Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software developmentOR equivalent experience.Job Requirements: Other & Additional

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred/Additional Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).#AZDAT #AZUREDATA

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.
