Are you passionate about driving growth for Microsoft’s most innovative Cloud & AI Endpoints? We are seeking a Product Go to Market Manager - Windows 365 to lead and execute the GTM strategy for new Windows 365 products—including Link, Reserve, and Frontline—unlocking over $40M in incremental revenue for FY26. This role is pivotal in building and executing the Americas strategy, delivering immediate sales impact, and enabling field and partner teams to land new offerings at scale.

As part of the Americas Modern Work Programs GTM team within Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O), you will translate Microsoft’s worldwide commercial strategy into actionable regional execution plans, drive operational excellence, and champion a culture of ownership, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.

We’re part of the Americas Sales Enablement & Operations (SE&O) organization with the objective of engineering scale and consistency in many areas, including Go To Market strategy, operations, customer and partner experience. The Sales Enablement & Operations team plays an essential role in translating Microsoft’s worldwide commercial strategy to a regional execution plan and driving operational excellence with this role specifically focused on program strategy.

This Role

In this role, you will lead the Americas strategy for Windows 365 New Products—including Link, Reserve, and Frontline—driving go-to-market design, program innovation, and execution to unlock significant revenue growth. You will develop competitive strategies, tailor messaging, and enable field readiness to land new product narratives at scale. Additionally, you will track program performance, identify growth opportunities, and orchestrate strategic plans in partnership with Sales, GPS, CMO, and Worldwide teams. While you will serve as a key advocate for Windows 365 New Products, your primary deliverable is building and executing a strategy that delivers measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

GTM Strategy, Program Innovation & Design

Own and deliver the GTM strategy for Windows 365 New Products (Link, Reserve, Frontline), including program design, launch, and ongoing iteration to maximize revenue and market share.

Identify and drive new program innovation in partnership with Product, Segment, and Worldwide teams.

Test, iterate, and optimize programs quickly based on data and field feedback.

Track program efficacy, analyze performance against KPIs, and provide actionable insights to inform ongoing strategy and execution.

2. Sales Impact, Field Enablement & Advocacy

Ready the field to land new product narratives, drive measurable impact for field teams, and ensure execution readiness across the Americas.

Lead enablement initiatives, including field readiness, community calls, and cross-team connections.

Act as the primary spokesperson and evangelist for Windows 365 New Products, leveraging insights and industry knowledge to develop competitive strategies and tailored messaging.

Develop localized competitive strategies and position the program’s value proposition for both internal and external audiences.

3. Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, EPS, CMO, WW teams and other stakeholders to ensure alignment, accountability, and resource allocation.

Orchestrate strategic plans locally and with WW and support business reviews, as needed.

Enable cross-CSA and ABS product solution narratives, partner with D365 and Security teams, and support case study development and field storytelling, as product warrant.

4. Revenue Growth & Market Leadership

Drive customer acquisition strategies, support Cloud PC trials, and lead device attach programs to achieve and exceed revenue targets (e.g., $6M for Americas with attach to licenses, $34M upside, 250 devices for DEP program, $45M in estimated billed revenue).

Win new Cloud PC share through competitive GTM motions (e.g., VDI takeout), drive device share, and accelerate adoption of AI-powered Cloud PC innovations.

Qualifications

Required/minimum qualifications

5+ years marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, or related work experience.Additional or Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving sales enablement at scale.

Strong business analysis skills (financials, sales processes, KPIs).

Excellent storytelling skills and ability to translate complex ideas for diverse audiences.

Effective stakeholder management skills across matrix organizations.

Cross-group collaboration, executive communication, storytelling skills, and the ability to translate complex ideas for various audiences.  

Efficient Business Analysis Skills (understands financials, sales processes, scorecards and key performance indicators) 

Bachelor’s Degree (B.S./B.A.) preferred, relevant fields of study include Marketing, Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience. 

Field Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
