Responsibilities
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and prototype innovative user interfaces that bridge hardware, software, and AI-driven experiences.Leverage EUX (End-User Experience) design thinking methodologies to develop, test, and refine concepts through rapid, iterative prototyping cycles.Create clear, compelling narratives and visual stories that articulate the vision and potential impact of future technologies.Stay current with emerging trends in hardware integration, AI-powered design, and user experience best practices, applying insights to your work.Advocate for the needs and perspectives of end users throughout the design process, ensuring accessibility, inclusion, and delight in every solution.Contribute to a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement by sharing ideas, feedback, and knowledge with peers.Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to align solutions with business and user goals.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service designOR Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service designOR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems).Preferred Qualifications:
Experience designing at the intersection of hardware, software, and AI, with a focus on rapid prototyping and iterative development.Expertise in EUX design thinking and applying AI-driven design methodologies to solve complex challenges.Proven ability to create and communicate future-focused concepts through storytelling and visual design.3+ years of experience in user interface design, product design, or a related discipline.Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative environment.Solid portfolio showcasing design thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling skills. Familiarity with accessibility standards and a commitment to inclusive design principles.

Product Design IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
