Description

Overview

If you're passionate about data, design, and the potential of AI to change how organizations work, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will help turn complex workforce signals into clear, actionable product experiences.

The Workforce Data and Analytics team is on a mission to help organizations understand how work is evolving in the age of AI. We build analytics and reporting experiences that help customers track adoption, understand impact, and make informed decisions. Our work enables leaders to act with confidence.

As a Product Designer II, you will own end-to-end design for defined product areas or feature sets, with an emphasis on data visualization, experience design, and storytelling. You will take work from early exploration through launch and iteration, using customer insight and product data to improve outcomes over time.

You will collaborate closely with partners in Product Management, Engineering, Data Science, Research, and Content Design to deliver solutions that are user-centered, technically feasible, and aligned with product strategy. The right candidate can work independently on well-scoped problems while staying aligned with cross-functional partners across priorities and timelines.

This role requires curiosity about emerging AI tools and methodologies. You will apply sound judgment, maintain a high bar for craft, and design with accessibility and inclusive principles in mind.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees, we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
