Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 5+ years experience working in product or service design OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 4+ years experience working in product or service design OR equivalent experience (e.g., demonstrated experience working in product or service design or using design thinking to solve problems). 5+ years’ experience of Product design.1+ years of experience with user experiences for technical personas – using code/no code, data or analytics tools. Other Requirements

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.Preferred/Additional Qualifications

Use one or more of the following tools to tackle daily tasks of major projects: AI tools, development, and analytics tools like Visual Studio, Excel, and Power BI or other data visualization and analytical tools.Use one or more of the following tools to tackle daily tasks of major projects: AI tools, development, and analytics tools like Visual Studio, Excel, and Power BI or other data visualization and analytical tools.Command of all aspects and levels of interaction/UX design from information architecture, to design systems and workflows to micro-interactions.Product Design IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
