Description
The Global Marketing Engines & Experiences (GME&E) team is seeking a Producer & Systems Strategist to lead creative production and workflow design across Microsoft’s commercial marketing ecosystem. This role blends production oversight, creative operations, AI integration, and agency collaboration — ensuring work is delivered at scale, on strategy, and with system-level efficiency.You’ll be responsible for producing across all altitudes — from executing fast-turn assets to building cross-functional systems that enable reusability, automation, and data-informed storytelling. You’ll work across creative, marketing, and technology teams to turn strategy into delivery, aligning internal processes with agency infrastructure and ensuring seamless creative collaboration across partners.
Job Location: The primary location for this position is Redmond, WA. Additionally, there are three other locations where this role may be based. Candidates who do not reside in one of these four areas will be relocated to Redmond.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.

Produce across all levels — from daily execution of assets to designing systems that scale production and delivery.Manage creative workstreams across formats (video, design, digital, social), ensuring high-quality execution on time and in scope.Translate campaign goals into asset frameworks, delivery schedules, and cross-channel execution plans.Integrate AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Runway, Firefly) into workflows to increase velocity and automation across asset creation.Partner with agencies to align their AI systems, automation platforms, and creative operations with Microsoft’s internal infrastructure.Ensure smooth integration of data flows from both internal and external teams to inform creative decision-making.Develop and maintain documentation, playbooks, and tooling systems to support consistency and efficiency across teams.Collaborate with strategy, analytics, and brand leads to translate insights into scalable creative architecture. Qualifications
Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or related field AND 1+ year(s) experience in creative production, integrated marketing, or operations or related work experience OR equivalent experience.Experience managing production across formats, timelines, and cross-functional teamsExperience with AI tools and automation in creative workflowsExperience collaborating with external agencies and aligning systems across organizationsExperience producing at multiple altitudes — from asset-level execution to systems-level thinking Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating campaign data, audience insights, and performance signals into creative operationsFamiliarity with modular storytelling and scalable content systemsProficiency with production and collaboration tools (Asana, Airtable, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, M365)Experience in B2B or enterprise marketing preferredCommunication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills Integrated Marketing IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $85,100 - $169,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $112,000 - $185,300 per year.
