Mojang is seeking a Senior Producer - Franchise Creative and Design (FCD) to drive operational excellence, resource strategy, project management workflow, and alignment with internal partner goals across multiple areas of the marketing and social media businesses. In this role, you will ensure high quality deliverables, on time and within scope. You will collaborate with internal and external partners in a fast-paced environment, working through prioritization, and informing stakeholders about our processes and resource management. You will support the Production Director in driving production strategy and vision, risk management and run-of-business reporting. Production Leadership: Collaborating with internal and external teams to execute and deliver innovative and bar-raising creative assets and campaigns. Resource Strategy and Risk Management: Proactively drive resource strategy and risk management in partnership with internal and external stakeholders leveraging roadmaps and processes to enhance efficiency and ensure the successful delivery of creative projects. Franchise Partner Collaboration: Lead stakeholder relationships across the franchise in both Redmond and Stockholm, with a focus on marketing and social media. Identify & Propose New Processes: Proactively identify new process opportunities that will increase efficiency and higher-level creative output. Working with our external creative partners to find ways to continuously raise the creative bar across our deliveries. Support Leadership: Act as a key advisor to leadership, providing data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to inform high-level decisions. Facilitate smooth communication and alignment between business and creative goals. Provide regular reporting to Production Director. Embody our Culture & ValuesQualifications
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree AND 4+ years experience in production roles in gaming or entertainment industry, or other multi-disciplinary leadershipOR equivalent experience. 3+ years experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers. Experience in development and shipping of at least one product release.Experience in development and shipping creative assets and campaigns. Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of experience in production, project management and resource management. Organizational and time management skills. Experience working in a creative or production agency. Passion for creative, and the creative and production process.
Game Producers IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $117,200 - $229,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $153,600 - $250,200 per year.
