Designing and executing multiple, complex collaboration activities between stakeholder groups.Defining success criteria for key strategic workstreams.Partnering with Senior Leaders across Engineering, Strategy, and Research groups to identify milestones, responsibilities, and processes that accelerate our groups’ existing efforts. Influencing and engaging stakeholders at all levels. Applying project and program management techniques to drive clarity and accountability for large, complex collaboration efforts across multiple teams. Being eager to learn, work hard and have fun!Embody our culture and values.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 6+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Possess analytical acumen, vigilant adaptability, and critical architect design for assessing Artificial Intelligence (AI) infrastructure, hardware, compute capability, services and tooling to enable acceleration of our bold AI ambitions.Deep expertise of the modern technical landscape, including contemporary trends in internet scale systems development. Demonstrated history of product expertise with experience building services or products for customers that solve high value problems.Demonstrating a broad strategic perspective across teams.Ability to handle high ambiguity, drive clarity, and identify/prioritize issues and opportunities.Ability to communicate thoughts both verbally and in written form at the appropriate level of abstraction in a clear/crisp manner to Senior Leaders.Be able to lead through influence, work across teams at scale, and feel confident engaging with executives.Shows a high level of emotional intelligence (EQ) and humility by working collaboratively and helping others be successful. Our success is the success of partners and collaborators.Technical Program Management IC6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $163,000 - $296,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $220,800 - $331,200 per year.
