Within CE&S, the Customer Service & Support (CSS) organization builds trust and confidence for every person and organization through delivering a seamless support experience. As a Senior Supportability Program Manager, you will be pivotal to understand and solve product or support issues and drive a great Microsoft customer support experience. You will partner with Microsoft Technical Support key stakeholders and product experts across the company to identify opportunities to improve Microsoft products and envision self-serve capabilities, diagnostic tools and automation capabilities. This opportunity will allow you to accelerate your career growth and hone your technical expertise regarding Microsoft products. You will develop technology and industry knowledge and become adept at designing the Microsoft technical support experience.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate flows for complex business processes.Implement intelligent features using Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, Azure Bot Service, and related AI capabilities.Build and maintain Azure Functions, APIs, PCF components, and custom connectors using C# or Python.Integrate solutions with Dataverse, SQL, SharePoint, Teams, and 3rd-party APIs using best-practice patterns.Implement Power Platform ALM (Application Lifecycle Mangement), including solution management, environments, pipelines, and release processes.Ensure secure architecture practices: Azure AD, managed identities, secure API patterns, and data governance.Provide documentation, architectural diagrams, and knowledge transfer to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to support processes and continuous improvement.Collaborate with product owners, data teams, and UX specialists to define requirements and translate them into working solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have)
Strong working knowledge aligned to Microsoft AI-102 (Azure AI Engineer) exam skills.5+ years developing Power Apps & Power Automate solutions in production environments.Hands-on experience using Azure Cognitive Services and/or Azure OpenAI in business applications.Pro-code development expertise with C# or Python including Azure Functions or REST API development.Experience creating custom connectors or PCF components.Practical knowledge of Dataverse data modelling and enterprise integrations.Familiarity with Azure resources, networking basics, and identity management (Azure AD).Strong communication skills with ability to handle requirement gathering and stakeholder engagement.Nice-to-Have Skills
Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600).Additional Azure certifications (AZ-204, AZ-104, DP-100, or similar).Experience implementing CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.Front-end development experience (React/TypeScript) for advanced UI components.Data engineering / ETL experience for advanced pipeline scenarios.
