Description
OverviewMicrosoft is shaping the future of cybersecurity through intelligent, cloud native security platforms powered by AI and large scale data. At the center of this innovation are Microsoft XDR and Microsoft Sentinel, where advanced analytics, automation, and AI driven insights enable customers to detect, investigate, and respond to threats at machine speed.
Our Customer Acceleration Teams (CAT) operate within the Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) organization and are at the intersection of product engineering, the Microsoft field (Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success), strategic customers, and partners. We are deeply integrated with engineering and product teams to master the architecture, AI capabilities, and service design behind Microsoft’s XDR and SIEM platforms. We then translate that knowledge into real world guidance to help customers and partners deploy, operationalize, and maximize the value of AI powered security solutions.
Our mission is to increase protection & value for customers while accelerating product innovation. We bring the customer voice and real world security signals directly into product strategy, design, and development while ensuring our security platforms evolve to meet the reality of modern, AI driven threats.
Are you passionate about cybersecurity, AI, and empowering customers to stay ahead of attackers? Interested in joining one of the most impactful engineering teams within Microsoft Security? The Cybersecurity Customer Experience Engineering (CxE) team is looking for a Principal PM Manager to lead a Customer Acceleration Team of PMs focused on driving successful deployment and adoption of cutting edge cyber security solutions for Microsoft XDR, Microsoft Sentinel and Copilot for Security.
As a CxE Principal PM Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the evolution of Microsoft’s AI powered security products while working closely with engineering to influence roadmap decisions, helping customers improve their security posture, and enabling the Microsoft field to confidently position and architect modern cyber security solutions.
