OverviewThe Global Channel Partner Solutions (GCPS) team drives commercial partner success across Microsoft Cloud applications, services, and devices. Our mission is to empower partners to build profitable, scalable offerings that accelerate global revenue growth and deliver transformative customer value.
As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) in AI Business Solutions, you will lead the technical strategy for designated GCPS partners, guiding them to build scalable, repeatable solutions that integrate Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365, and first party Agentic AI experiences. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and partner-centric mindset to drive joint success with Microsoft partners.
As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in empowering partners to deliver innovative business value solutions leveraging Microsoft Business Applications. You will guide partners through the entire lifecycle—from envisioning new possibilities to implementing solutions that achieve targeted business outcomes—while ensuring an exceptional partner and customer experience.

Partner Enablement & Co-Sell Leadership
Drive partner success by providing architectural guidance, best practices, and technical governance for Dynamics 365 Business Central including 1P Agents and Dynamics CE suite solutions. Support partners in building differentiated offerings and accelerating time-to-market.Solution Design & Delivery
Deliver high-quality architectural solutions and business outcomes based on Microsoft Business Applications, including Dynamics 365 Business Central and AI platforms. Ensure solutions align with industry standards and partner capabilities.Strategic Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to GCPS partners, helping them navigate competitive scenarios and maximize value through Microsoft’s ecosystem. Collaborate with partner teams to develop joint go-to-market strategies and drive adoption.Thought Leadership & Technical Excellence
Demonstrate deep knowledge of Microsoft solutions across the entire lifecycle, with a critical focus on opportunity management and technical governance. Champion innovation and transformation to enable partners to realize their business strategies.Other: Embody our Culture and Values
Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.Other Requirements: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States that does not now or in the future requireemployer sponsorship." Additional or preferred qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 6+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting OR equivalent experience.4+ years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).4+ years experience working on technical projects.Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
Cloud Solution Architecture IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
